We embrace the rhythms of farm life to foster curiosity, resilience, and empathy, ensuring every child feels a sense of belonging while developing the foundations for lifelong learning.
Philosophy
We believe every child should be treated and respected holistically. Our approach to education for our tamariki is founded on the principals, strands, and goals laid out in Te Whāriki in our Early Childhood Curriculum.
Nutrition
We provide a balanced nutritious menu that changes with the seasons. Our chef prepares morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea daily onsite using raw and locally sourced ingredients (where possible).
About us
Our fun and engaging centre has been created to provide a wholesome learning experience in a home away from home environment for children aged 3 months to 6 years across 4 rooms. Our family has farmed the land that Little Guys centre is part of for 6 generations and we are now excited to share the farming experience with other families.
